My Story
I spent many years being a people pleaser. I was looking for approval outside, and my self-esteem rose and fell like the tide.
I would say things to myself that I would have never said to a friend. I didn’t believe I was good enough.
I believed I had to fix myself, so I immersed myself in spirituality. I read many self-improvement books and practised Yoga and Ayurveda. They helped me understand myself and the others.
I trained and became a Hypnotherapist, a Reiki master, an NLP Trainer and a Life Coach.
It took me time, tears and effort before I came to accept and love myself. Before I could believe in my unique gifts and my value as a human being.
I’d like to say that you don’t need to go through the same painful process. But I suspect you already had your share.
The good part, though?
I got to try and test a lot of systems and strategies, from different fields, and found out what works and what not. This helped me gather many instruments in my toolbox, that I can help others with.
Besides, it wasn’t too many decades ago since I’ve been through what you might be going now. I haven’t forgotten the doubts, worries and frustrations.
